To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

閨蜜飯聚～選在了九龍城的小曼谷🌟今晚剛好有現場樂隊表演，氣氛很好～點餐後才發現現在有做晚市指定菜式$38元🙈真的很划算♥️下次再來必須點一個～泰式木瓜絲沙律，泰式沙律的熱門之選～清爽的木瓜絲，爽口清甜🌟配上微酸微辣的泰式沙律汁，十分開胃♥️香葉肉碎炸蝦膠皮蛋，有驚喜的一道小吃🌟炸得外層酥脆的蝦膠配上Q彈流心的皮蛋，口感味道的層次感豐富♥️還有加上惹味香辣的泰式肉碎，配飯也很好吃🌟香葉辣椒豬肉碎燴飯（配荷包蛋），這是我很愛的泰式碟頭飯🤣這次還加了辣♥️愈吃愈爽～香氣滿滿的香草和辣度十足的辣椒加上泰式醬油一齊炒的豬肉碎，十分惹味🌟用想的都能知道十分合適配白飯吃♥️泰式鹽燒烏頭，吃泰菜每次都點的烏頭魚～魚肉肥美鮮嫩～魚身中間放置了香草一齊烤，令魚肉增添了香草的香氣♥️極上燒安格斯西冷牛小排，牛味香濃的牛小排，厚切的肉肉很實在👍🏻配上酸酸甜甜的醬汁，味道特別👍🏻 小曼谷原隻芒果糯米飯，芒果甜絲絲，糯米微暖軟糯，兩者配椰奶也是十分經典好吃♥️
