To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前在YouTube頻道，蔡瀾推介，留意到這間餐廳，今日經過尖沙咀專程來試一試。時間較早餐廳只有一兩台客，餐牌選擇非常多，除咗燒烤之外還有好多韓國菜式。 點了一個燒牛肋骨，燒牛舌，八爪魚火鍋，蒸蛋，韓國冷麵還有飲品，份量足夠，一開始已經被侍應送來的，每人八碟前菜吸引了😚這次晚餐，個人覺得出品相當唔錯，一般平價任食韓燒都要三百幾蚊一個人，三個人都千一蚊左右結帳，還要限時追你埋單，非常有壓迫感。相反這間餐廳我們三個人結帳，只是千五，平均每人500，質素高，冇限時，食得舒舒服服，侍應有禮，人手足夠，所以大家可以試一試這一間餐廳，我個人覺得值得推介，一定再嚟😄 。蔡瀾真係好介紹👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😙
