荃灣多嘢食就係人都知,尤其是係小店,好多都好用心製作,就算掃街,都有排先至食得晒。今次就去咗一間專賣餃子嘅小店,試咗佢出晒名嘅皮薄餡靚餃子,睇吓係咪真係咁好食。第一次嚟就試吓佢個清雞湯餃子先啦,可以順便試埋佢個湯底。$15有四隻,餃子果然名不虛傳,就咁睇已經見到入面啲餡有幾多,咬落去仲爆曬汁添,仲非常爽口,食得出啲料唔係雪藏嘢。而個清雞湯就比較清,我覺得可以再濃啲。不過見到隔離有人買煎餃,都真係隻隻煎到金黃色,搞到我都好想試一下,下次返嚟再試吓佢個煎餃!
