To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間西餐廳真係好低調， 如果行得快啲真係可能會睇佢唔到， 鋪仔細細原來入到去呢都別有洞天， 職員都好有禮貌。 今日我去食咗個下午茶都只係32蚊， 有四塊好靚嘅芝士夾餅， 雖然我都唔知墨西哥嘅夾餅係唔係咁嘅， 但佢啲芝士好夠多， 而且用得好均勻， 真係啱啱焗好， 再加少少調味。 然後隔離仲有啲西生菜， 三十幾蚊嚟講真係一啲都唔頹， 好見到餐廳老闆係有誠意做， 上碟嘅時候隔離枱都眼望望， 食完成個晏晝都開心曬啦。 你加啲外面仲有啲小手工品買， 都幾得意
