To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

識飲識食嘅我，今日嚟到觀塘，食我最鍾意嘅濃味川菜，店舖位於觀塘中心地段，環境好闊落，無論係兩三個人坐卡位，定係一班朋友坐卡拉OK房，呢度都係好好嘅聚腳點，特別推薦菜式如下：老壇酸菜魚⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️啲魚滑嘅程度可以用入口即溶嚟形容，魚底配料，包括大豆芽，蓮藕，萵筍及寬粉。柚子骨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️十級推薦，呢條骨送飯一流，酸酸甜甜好開胃，令我不知不覺食晒成碗飯。干煸四季豆⭐️⭐️⭐️好惹味，又係送飯名菜，不過大家食肉碎要小心咬到花椒粒，我連中兩次獎。麻辣蓮藕片⭐️⭐️⭐️雖然係屬於小食前菜，但份量真係超級多，蓮藕爽脆配埋又麻又辣嘅醬汁，爽。
