今日同朋友去行九龍塘,之前見朋友講過「VA BENE Italiano」的下午茶☕️好正,搞到我心思思好想去食,所以就約左朋友來食晚飯🥣。餐廳🍴環境佈置得好高貴,好有情調,好啱情侶👫來食飯,特別係同情人慶祝生日,因為咁啱我隔離枱的兩對情侶👫👫都係來慶祝生日嘅。同埋呢度待應好主動照顧客人👍🏻。Scallop Carpaccio頭盤係一個帶子前菜,如果醬汁就係用上蘋果做醬汁,食落好清新同個帶子好新鮮。Homemade Tagliolini呢個海膽係由北海道直送,最正係佢手做嘅意大利麵,我第一次食手做意大利麵真係好好味😋,好有蛋香味,呢個大家真係一定要試下。主菜加拿大豬🐷按扒呢個朱按扒真係唔野少,看似好普通豬按扒,一切開果肉係微微嘅粉紅色,個生熟程度係啱啱好,食落口好Juice,而冇諗到朱安同蘋果係咁夾嘅,因果醬汁係用蘋果蓉來整。creme brulee食完主菜架要食返果甜品🍮做埋尾,Crème Brûlée 真係好好👍🏻味,上面脆脆嘅焦糖加上好香滑燉蛋,坊間好多都係用雲呢拿油,而呢度crème brûlée 係用雲呢拿莢,特別清香美味。Mocktail藍色個杯叫Carnival 狂歡嘉年華,
