之前幾次經過呢個商場都覺得好神秘好高級咁,對佢上面嘅嘢食好有興趣,今日終於搵到機會同朋友去試一試!原來呢度成層有三間唔同嘅餐廳,全部都係同一個集團開嘅,食嘅嘢雖然唔同,但裝修嘅格局都係以簡約高尚為主。我哋最後揀咗打邊爐嘅J-POT。呢間餐廳係以音樂作為主題,正中間有一個好大嘅螢幕播緊周杰倫嘅演唱會,周圍嘅裝修都係用鋼琴樂譜設計,有種好舒適嘅感覺。連餐牌上面都有食譜架,不過我就唔識睇啦,求高人指點~前菜我地揀咗和牛響鈴,即叫即整,外皮酥脆,一口咬落去仲有少少汁,和牛味超濃,好味!嘢飲方面我嗌咗香桃烏龍茶配熱情果珠,個茶底係冇落糖嘅,啲甜味完全係由熱情果珠負責,酸酸甜甜嘅爆珠效果,我覺得幾好,因為通常有糖水嘅茶底都會偏甜,變左糖水味水果茶就唔好味啦,仲要肥添!等緊火鍋嚟嘅期間,侍應拎左個九宮格醬料格俾我哋混醬,不過其實佢本身俾我哋嘅嗰個豉油都已經有味,本人極力推介左上果個蝦米辣醬,好香蝦米味,唔會太辣,鮮味十足!主角到~打得邊爐個湯底梗係最重要,所以我哋就揀咗北海道毛蟹湯底,呢度嘅湯底寫明全部都冇味精。係淥嘢食之前,侍應會先筆啲湯俾我哋飲下原汁原味嘅毛蟹湯,真係好鮮甜,蟹味係超濃!因為真係

西班牙黑毛豬:一睇就知靚野,肥瘦均勻,好快616就食得啦。不得不說,呢隻黑毛豬係我食過最好味嘅黑毛豬,平時打邊爐啲黑毛豬一係就太厚好韌一係就太薄冇豬味,呢度嘅係切得薄之餘仲超超超有豬味!我地完全冇點醬汁都已經覺得好夠味!

我最期待既日山A5和牛拼盤~靚到冇人有!見到啲牛粉紅粉紅咁仲要雪花飛舞,望到已經覺得幸福~值得一讚嘅係呢度嘅服務真係一流,為左俾我哋試到啲牛最佳嘅味道,個侍應係會親手逐片幫我地淥,完全係星級服務。
侍應建議食牛最好要由比較有咬口同淡味嘅部分開始食,再慢慢食口感軟腍同油花較多嘅部分,令味覺同口感嘅層次慢慢升級。

雖然我已經唔記得自己食咗邊啲部份,淨係記得全部牛都好肥美~佢淥咗出嚟半熟嘅時候超正,係粉紅色㗎,食完真係成個口都係果陣牛味,正到飛起呀!!日本和牛真係無得輸~永遠都係最愛~

牛丸:牛丸來講,呢隻牛丸嘅牛味都算濃,有少少蔥花,入面仲有蝦,口感層次幾豐富,蔥花令到成粒牛丸味道唔會漏,好味!

朋友係冇澱粉不歡, 侍應介紹之下我哋揀咗三款唔同嘅麵食,全部都係自家製嘅。我最鍾意食佢嘅闊條麵,口感煙韌同埋蛋味好濃。朋友就中意食個烏冬,彈牙又滑。紅菜頭麵就不過不失。

日式蔬菜拼盤:食完咁多邪惡嘅肉類梗係要食下蔬菜解除罪惡感啦~本身以為右上角果個係皇帝菜,原來係來自日本嘅春菜,不過我覺得陣味都係有啲相似嘅。另外佢個凍豆腐好得意,冇平時食開嘅凍豆腐咁硬身,又唔似普通豆腐咁軟身,佢係介乎中間嘅質地,即係筷子好易夾開但係唔會散,口感就係軟腍同滑啲凍豆腐咁,好得意。

食飽飽最尾梗係唔少得甜品啦,因為侍應話呢間餐廳全部係由法國藍帶甜品師整㗎。我哋揀咗芒果雪糕配蛋白脆餅。個蛋白脆餅食落係乳酪味嘅,芒果雪糕下面有一舊類似牛油嘅嘢,但食落係好綿密嘅芒果味嘅類似慕絲又唔係咁,好難形容,令人摸唔透嘅藍帶廚師功架。不過好食就得啦~

總括而言,呢間餐廳嘅嘢食係好高質,好多嘢都係自家製,食材好新鮮,氣氛亦都好好,服務仲要一流添。寫緊食評嘅我已經掛住嗰浸牛味,值得推介!
