相信在中環的打工仔,對於 🇯🇵 𝕆𝕕𝕕𝕤 都不陌生。這間集合壽司廚師發辦、鐵板燒、串燒、酒吧於一身的餐廳,已經3週年囉✨!!! 至今依然超受客人歡迎😳,店內人頭湧湧呀。曾經聽過不少朋友推介,終於有機會試試囉~ 踏入店內,先看到發光的橢圓形吧枱🥂,ᴄᴏᴄᴋᴛᴀɪʟ、ᴡɪɴᴇ、sᴀᴋᴇ等等應有盡有,可以與朋友放工後喝一杯囉~然後再入另一道門,則是廚師發辦及鐵板燒的用餐區囉。 「 料理長發辦一日前🍽️ 」 _時令前菜: 鯛魚白子醬油燒、富山螢光魷魚、白蘆筍 首次品嚐燒白子😳,比生白子更有層次和多一層香氣。外焦內滑,有新意~ _刺身5點: 九绘魚、北海道牡丹蝦、兵庫県沙甸魚、象拔蚌、吞拿魚腩 九绘魚爽口鮮甜,北海道牡丹蝦🦐晶瑩鮮美,象拔蚌配上水雲,酸甜清爽。不過刺身之中,我還是最愛千葉県吞拿魚腩,再蘸上四國的蛋黃👅,口感滑嫩,脂肪豐富,好吃~ _燒物: 和歌山鰆魚 魚肉結實白淨,放上黑魚子再配上柑橘汁🍊,帶點甜味,更合我胃口。 _蒸物: 法國藍龍蝦 蒸蛋充滿龍蝦的鮮味,龍蝦香味極濃,藍龍蝦又新鮮彈牙,好好吃😝! _鐵板燒: 日本佐賀和牛薄燒三件 師傳的表演好精彩😙!!! 燒至大火,人人嘩聲四起。

 _壽司五貫: 慢煮帶子、甜蝦他他、海鰻、吞拿魚腩醬油漬 及 海膽 壽司賣相不俗,帶子配上海苔醬、甜假他他配有昆布漬過的蝦籽、海鰻軟腍肥美、海膽超鮮甜唷👅!!!

_時令水果: 靜圈皇冠白玉蜜瓜🍈、奈良古都華士多啤梨🍓 日本水果當然質素一流😆,又香又甜,好高質呀~ 全部菜式都好好吃😝!!! 下次一定再來~
