To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 依家啲冰室開到成行成市,時代冰室係少數真正主打香港情懷已有做到有質素嘅冰室。店內有好多香港風味嘅裝飾,例如八九十年代電影海報、入到去好似時光倒流咁。餐牌嘅選擇非常之多,淨係揀想食咩都非常困難,因為樣樣都想食!今日試咗鐵板蔥油豬扒炒意粉,一上枱個鐵板仲煮熱緊,主導啲意粉沙沙聲,食嘅時候要小心啲呀唔好辣親!蔥油味都算濃郁,意粉係鐵板上煎嘅時候最好撈嘅路,令到蔥油味煮得更加香,而且啲意粉唔會癡晒喺鐵板上邊。厚切豬扒我哋All day breakfast,估唔到冰室會玩埋fusion有all day breakfast,又幾有趣。 厚切豬扒肉質實淨有口感,唔會醃到淋pat pat,但又唔會鞋口,以煎豬扒嚟講都幾滑,牛奶炒滑蛋,蛋味濃郁,有奶味入口好creamy。牛角包中規中矩,薯餅夠熱夠脆口,味道同老麥有得揮。配一碟小沙律,夠晒健康。
