入屯門探朋友,梗係要嘆番一盅兩件,今次到了籠太子。喺新墟街市小巴站,行過去西鐵站都係幾分鐘。點心、小食,有多款選擇,二三十元就有交易!入紙後大概十分鐘,點心陸續到齊。鮑魚蟹子燒賣王,原隻鮑魚上,特顯矜貴。蝦餃王、用上多隻虾製成,皮薄料多。北菇棉花雞,雞肉滑,魚肚夠入味。鳳爪蒸得好淋,入口溶化。雪山叉燒包,趁熱食口感更佳。鮮蝦腐皮卷,腐皮煎得香脆,啖啖蝦肉。點心有水準,亦係即叫即蒸,飲茶除咗水滾茶靚,即叫即做都好緊要!
