封門柳嘅肉質鬆軟唔韌,肉質一啲都唔肥,牛肉味度相當濃郁,400日美國穀飼嘅牛隻肉味再濃郁啲、脂肪更加均勻,配埋套餐附送嘅白飯一齊食就最適合不過🍚,另外仲有餐廳自己煲、非常足料嘅牛肉羅宋湯同麻醬沙律🥗
