今日朋友仔生日,所以同佢來了位於銅鑼灣澳門逸園中心的虎鐵,食鐵板燒慶祝下。我地點咗虎鐵套餐($2,680),點完餐先來一個開胃前菜松葉蟹配柚子汁沙律 - 蔬菜新鮮,松葉蟹肉鮮甜,配上酸酸的柚子汁,十分開胃海膽黑松露溏心蛋 - 溏心蛋上面有黑松露同金箔,重有鮮甜的海膽,溏心蛋非常嫩滑,非常高貴火焰北寄貝 - 用清酒和湯汁煮北寄貝,上枱時還淋上酒點燃火,增添了其香味,也可以呃like。北寄貝肉清甜新鮮,連湯汁也很鮮甜,非常讚。活鮑魚配蟹肉海苔醬 - 活鮑魚保留原有鮮味,肉質厚實彈牙,口感嫩滑中帶有彈性,這道菜的亮點是不起眼放於一旁的鮑魚肝,極度好味,再配上師傅特別調制嘅海苔蟹肉醬,更進一步引出鮑魚嘅清甜滋味。活龍蝦配海膽醬 - 活龍蝦肉質爽口彈牙, 鮮甜多汁,配上由龍蝦膏可和海膽做成的醬汁,把龍蝦提升到第二個層次。日本A5和牛厚燒 配 香煎野菜 - A5級的和牛油脂分佈均勻,師傅把A5和牛厚切再煎,保留了肉汁,帶點香煎的香氣,和牛內口即溶,配上海鹽來吃,經已很美味。師傅在碟旁還放上了大大片的獨子蒜片,配上和牛來吃又是另一番風味。另外這道主菜還還配上香煎野菜,包括:大啡菇、日本南瓜和日本茄子
