周六中午於中環區飲茶,去了中華匯館呢間高貴餐廳,無咩人,我哋幾乎是包了場一樣咁,盡享優質環境和熱情招呼。茶和食物都係高級,所以收費一點都唔平,埋單幾乎6百元,不過以呢個價去 “包場” 絕對超值。茶位每位 $30,點咗鐵觀音,茶確是靚嘢,一飲就知。小食 (黑醋白木耳) $60,雖然覺得貴,但係又幾好食。香草鵝肝脆雲吞 $54,一碟三件,比起出面茶樓的炸雲吞的而且確貴一倍有多,但係呢個雲吞有鵝肝喺裡面喎,算抵啦,而且味道真係好好味的。安蝦鹹水角 $54,鍾意佢食落全無油膩感,食落鹹鹹地,蝦肉又鮮味。黑魚子鮑魚芋盒每隻 $98,每人食一隻。用一整隻鮑魚來做點心,都係第一次見。佢上面係黑魚子,下面是芋角,原來咁嘅配搭又幾正喎。 南瓜鮮鮑魚泡飯 $120,一大鍋,每人都可以分到兩三碗。南瓜香,鮑魚鮮,好味!
