To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日星期六去到夜晚我哋行街經過荃灣去到綠楊坊上到去2樓見到高速火車頭元氣壽司專門店，入去試一試，其實呢間元氣壽司都唔係第一次食㗎喇但係佢哋都保持到水準啲壽司都係好大，我哋三個人嗌咗三文魚腩壽司炙燒帆立貝壽司，大螺片壽司同埋佢最新嘅三文魚三點式，蔥油碟魚，燒珍寶皇帝蟹柳，仲有佢最好味嘅軟殼蟹手卷，炙燒煙鴨胸，元氣卷，甜蝦壽司，北寄貝壽司，仲有佢個黑松露炸號壽司，佢哋做嘅壽司好大件尤其是佢個炸蠔好大件好鮮甜，仲有佢新出嘅三文魚三點式好抵三件$17，佢哋荃灣分店呢間呢壽司好大件，好抵食🍣🍣😋😋
