To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過見到呢間餐廳嘅早餐Menu，雖然款式唔多，但每款都各有特色。有慢煮雞🤩、炭燒咖啡🤩，只收$38，即刻吸引咗我入去試吓！先試下佢嘅慢煮雞肉，果然肉質鬆軟嫩滑，雞肉燒嘅時候仲灑上黑胡椒粒，絕對唔係一件白烚嘅雞肉。蕃茄湯🍅鮮味但偏酸，不過絕對可以接受，因為太甜太濃就係用茄膏加糖啦！仲有新鮮蕃茄粒同洋蔥粒，感覺似新鮮熬煮。螺絲粉嘅煙韌度剛好，有口感！炭燒咖啡係蒸餾咖啡☕️，送上枱已嗅到陣陣香味，飲落口就微微苦澀，但無酸味，是大眾化口味嘅咖啡。餐廳環境都唔錯，裝修簡約潔淨，坐位舒適。不過點餐程序就與餐廳目標客群路線有點不符。我個人認為好一點嘅消費體驗係客人無需行返去入口落單。

先試下佢嘅慢煮雞肉，果然肉質鬆軟嫩滑，雞肉燒嘅時候仲灑上黑胡椒粒，絕對唔係一件白烚嘅雞肉。
