To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自己是一個海南雞的忠實fans，中午的時候才吃了少爺xx（價錢其實也不太相宜）但忍唔住想食多一餐，經朋友介紹下，強烈建議我一定要到這裏來試試。由於有寶貝在家，帶了外賣回家，早20分鐘致電，去到後剛剛準備好四個人晚餐份量如下（總數$317！非常抵食）1）糖心蛋小食2）清炒菜心3）海南雞半隻4）豬頸肉喇沙5）小印度咖喱厚切豬扒配印度薄餅6）雞排飯心水推薦top 3! 1）海南雞！覺得又滑又有雞味，食過新加坡文華，覺得仲比佢好食。（當然大家食文華可能係食環境）2）糖心蛋🐣跟飯有雞蛋送，但唔係煙熏。小食呢個係煙熏糖心蛋。有淡淡菜香。3）厚切豬排好鬆軟的豬排！揀的小印度咖哩屬微辣，好惹味！呢間餐館絕對係家常便飯之選，價錢相宜之餘質素好好。見到外賣packing細心，餸、菜、飯三開三格。喇沙除左湯同麵分開，餸都係另上。聞說老闆老闆娘是兩夫婦，難怪感受到餐廳的食物有愛心💗唯一希望遲些網上外賣平台或food panda可以order；不用周圍走。

1）海南雞！覺得又滑又有雞味，食過新加坡文華，覺得仲比佢好食。（當然大家食文華可能係食環境）
