2小時火鍋放題($198,加一服務費,7:30前離座)時下好多台式火鍋放題,我都經常幫襯,但有時候又想食返啲比較港式嘅火鍋配料,咁就會嚟「大鍋口」。入座會提供雞煲,可選擇要或唔要,而且食完可以再添加。過吓口癮食一轉就可以了,雞煲味濃,不算是乾身的那類,偏向醬汁,雞件是有不同部位,不是啖啖肉的雞脾肉,可以"lun"吓骨,我buy呢種。食完雞煲會轉打邊爐用湯底,有十款湯底可以揀,今次要咗最簡單嘅「皮蛋芫茜」。火鍋配料用剔紙仔方法落單,另會送上一碟靚嘅肥牛。個人必吃,當然係肥牛、手打丸、脆鯇腩、海蝦、白鱔片、牛柏葉、鵝腸、響鈴、炸魚皮。但亦會食啲坊間比較少有嘅,如魚雲、鵪鶉蛋、雞子、九肚魚。除咗食物,飲品櫃內嘅都可以任飲,而我一定會飲自家製嘅竹蔗茅根,清熱解暑下火,次次都飲兩樽。最後,甜品只有一款,軟雪糕機,而且唔係次次有得食,有時會無。
