今次來到這一間位於銅鑼灣的日式隱密酒吧,位置有點隱蔽這間酒吧是以日文「匠」命名,而Takumi可講秉持著日式職人精神,會為每位賓客打造專屬的日式調酒體驗,面酒吧也是嚴選日本各地水果,打造時令性的水果雞尾酒。一埗入酒吧,已經感覺到店內的情調,裝潢是走日系和風風格,位置不算多,建議可以先預約;同時可以近距離欣賞調酒師調酒的過程, 環境同音樂都是令人投入同放鬆。Tailored Premium Cocktail (Seasonal Fruit Plantium )一杯以靜岡蜜瓜調配的雞尾酒,香甜的靜岡蜜瓜加入Gin酒,因為第一次飲,有一種清新的感覺,是一款清香與鮮甜的味道,我個人很喜歡這杯,而且調酒師會來介紹每一杯雞尾酒,服務不錯!茶底雞尾酒以焙茶同Gin 為基底,先將煎香的焙茶精華,調入Gin酒中,可以在飲到酒香之餘,會嘗到茶葉香味。兩個人聚舊或聊天,一杯酒再配上小吃,二人世界不妨考慮這裏。
