To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小編今日中午去左試呢個,本來對呢間野感覺一般,始終都系d鬼佬中餐FEEL甘,但難得朋友仔過黎金鐘,就試下渠啦。本身唔期望會好好味,但竟然就系出乎意料之外既正,確實渠地既點心較重口味,但小編系重口味人士所以都無妨,另外渠地既點心都既特別,例如酸菜春卷,以為伏伏地,結果竟然幾OK WOR,仲有渠既響鈴炸兩都非常唔錯,我地仲有叫一個大澳蝦醬生菜煲,系非常之甘惹味既,反而個鵝肝熏蛋就極一般,可以不用試,實在,唔好味,得個咸字。黑松露蝦餃不過不失啦,但唔係話MUST EAT ITEM囉!

Other Info. : 不過提提大家可以就早兩三日BOOK台,當然WALK IN都多數有位但限時1個小時,小編眼見附近既食客又傾下計又食下野好快一個小時就過,又被催交台,如果大家想慢慢食下野詳談,呢度絕對不是一個好選擇。
