Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與食友談開魚皮，和味與靠得住各有所好，自己仍堅持靠得住的魚皮是最好的，北上前北風凜冽，抽身來吃碗魚粥暖胃，又看看魚皮是否仍舊「靠得住」？放下大褸吃碗暖和的豬腰．魚卜．魚湯粥，珍珠米依舊的綿而帶著魚鮮味，豬腰啤水處理得宜，對邊切了斜紋花，沒下多餘調味，片片大小均一，入口爽而不羶，有水準，魚卜沒有贊酒炒過，配粥是原汁原味，已難尋一味白灼而不腥的魚卜粥了，除了黃沙潤外，此品也是小店的強項。魚皮用的大鯇魚背的位置，呈深黑色的魚皮，吃落夠厚而嚼勁十足，配合切得仔細的薑蔥絲，收三十五元，不平宜，但大部分都是黑色的背位非白色的腩位，已值回票價，此外，也沒吃過較這裡更厚身更爽的魚皮了。走前埋了兩隻綠豆粽作手信，朋友吃得不亦樂乎，很有心的製作，真的「靠得住」。
