To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Happy Friday ，想去食酸辣野，我同男友人尋覓邊到有得食雞煲同酸菜魚。 看到外觀是新裝修，有格調的。 位置方面比較窄。見到菜牌，見到好多款四川菜，真係幾吸引！ 今次主要食酸菜魚+幾款四川菜。 先來頭盆 香油海蜇。好大碟，幾抵食！ 香油好入味！ 海蜇寬而長 。 抄土絲 賣相不錯，不過唔夠酸，而且有點咸。 泡椒牛肉好失望無椒味，同脆肉瓜抄牛肉的口味異曲之味依d唔太好食都算啦⋯⋯ 我目標是食酸菜魚的。 講返正面先， 賣場不錯，魚塊好多而且好厚肉不過 味覺未多入味，而且有件事我接受唔到，就是好多魚骨魚骨多到我食嚟都無興趣。再加上服務態度差， 趕住執走你嘅碗碟，真係好趕客。 唔好意思！ 依間，真係不會再去了。
