每逢假期前夕,最鐘意就係叫齊朋友落去鯉魚門到大食一場,我地揀左海景海鮮酒家,而今次我地都比較多人,叫左好多野食。首先黎講象拔蚌刺生,一啖落去,夠曬鮮味又鮮甜,好難得食到咁新鮮既象拔蚌。鼓椒炒聖子,聖子夠新鮮,用鼓椒黎炒,夠曬惹味。燒汁焗蠔,呢個真係好食到不得了,一咬落去,d蠔既鮮甜出曬黎,再加上用錫紙包住拎去焗,果個味道到宜家都忘不了。清蒸鮑魚,新鮮,清蒸可以好好咁食到鮑魚既鮮,同埋蒸完再落蒸魚鼓油,個味道岩岩好。西芹炒頭腩,炒得幾乾身,都唔錯咕嚕肉,炸得幾好食上湯菜心鹽焗奄仔蟹,蟹夠大隻,雖然話係鹽焗,但識食既都知道好食既鹽焗係調到蟹既鮮甜味出黎,岩岩好
