嚟呢度食過好多次lunch,今日第一次試晚餐,呢個餐係期間限定嘅夏祭menu,啲嘢食精緻又好味,同朋友食得好開心呢~😋✨西班牙紅蝦帆立貝多士好驚艷!🥰🥰最近令我最impressive嘅食物。我覺得用鮮甜嚟形容都唔夠,一食落口嗰吓就想大嗌:「好好食呀!」🍤帶有少少金粉嘅醬油果凍、西班牙紅蝦同北海道帆立貝,三者加埋嘅味道豐富得嚟層次好分明,加埋香脆的酸種多士,完美!強烈建議餐廳擺落恆常menu,好想之後都有機會食到😭🥺其實坊間唔少呢類配搭酸種多士嘅菜式,但好多時都係華而不實,一食就知明明唔夾但格硬湊埋一齊,花巧對我嚟講係無用,味道先係重點。就好似前菜嘅唐揚炸雞沙律,圓碌碌似小丸子,食落比平時嘅炸雞有肉汁。✨冷稻庭烏冬小巧精緻,想瘋狂吹奏面頭嘅蕃茄,係餐廳自家漬嘅蕃茄,酸甜開胃,一啖咬落去juicy到喺口裡面爆晒汁🤤🤤明明已經都幾飽,食完又開返個胃,因為之後到我最期待嘅重頭戲—粟米雪糕🍦✨北海道粟米雪糕、湯葉用北海道牛奶本嘅粟米雪糕好濃郁呀!連形狀都整到迷你粟米咁,好可愛。湯葉即係腐竹,雪糕底下米白色嘅汁係豆漿加腐竹煮成,淡淡豆香,粟米雪糕𢳂埋一齊食好夾。☀️夏祭Menu:唐揚炸雞沙律馬里蘭蟹
