「さかな」即魚的意思,一間以魚為主打的專門店位於銅鑼灣。雖然店子小小,但烤起魚來絕無油煙,抽氣系統非常好。無論邊種魚我都喜歡,今天時令的是馬友魚。馬友魚算是一種多脂肪的名貴魚。坐在吧檯就可看到廚師把一條馬友魚插在烤爐上的情景,有點似食壽司坐在吧檯觀賞著廚師的功架。午餐時段只要點一條魚加三十元就可升級為御膳。馬友魚外皮焦香,肉質鮮美,脂肪厚度算高,整條魚嫩滑細膩,鹽烤好適合。只掛著馬友魚給我的美食享受卻忘記了套餐中其他的配菜。刺身有蝦,三文魚,鹽麴小貝柱和魚籽。蝦隻晶瑩剔透,彈牙膠質重,鮮甜。鹽麴小貝柱,醃製不會過鹹,有口感。另外點了一個小吃,燒明太子伴青瓜。鹹香的明太子燒過後更能發揮味道。伴青瓜片可減輕膩感,不過我認為伴飯更高層次更美味。
