早排荃灣行街無意中見到呢間舖頭的poster寫住10樣海鮮288嘅字眼,心諗,係真唔係真?咁呢日就一於搵埋都係海鮮控嘅朋友來試一試。飲完蟲草花豬展燉湯後,就開始以下的蒸海鮮宴啦。最早出場嘅波士頓龍蝦新鮮肥美,大大隻蟹鉗更加係啖啖肉,啖啖滋味;鮑魚係十頭鮑,够大够满足;豉汁蒸鱔勁入味,汁味濃香;海蝦勁新鮮,蒸之前弹到落地;龍躉肉質雪白,鮮嫩無比;蜆就爽滑無沙。吃完以上咁多樣,來碟梅菜蒸菜心换吓口味;跟住又有蒜蓉蒸角貝及蟶子王,全都係新鮮,彈牙貨色冇得輸;長筒鮮魷加腸粉亦好有咬口;最後一籠係荷葉蒜蟹飯,蟹唔算大隻,但飽满,唔怕麻煩的話,蟹鉗亦都多肉彈牙勁,而飯吸收了蟹肉,蒜蓉嘅精華後,香口無比,雖然好飽,但都吃得晒,因為太太好吃喇。.
