喺鰂魚涌嘅小巷入面有間幾出名嘅川菜餐廳,朋友話平日lunch幾多人下,所以今次有機會經過,就黎咗試下,第一次黎梗係試下menu上面推薦嘅菜式先叫咗半隻四川椒麻雞,就咁睇個名同張相以為係好辣,點知原來呢個菜式係唔辣一上枱果下,個賣相唔錯,滿滿嘅蔥蓉鋪滿隻雞,入面仲有啲薑蓉,食落口啲雞幾滑,肉質淋度恰到好處,而雞有花椒油嘅麻,麻油嘅香,好正,送飯一流之後叫咗招牌酸菜魚,揀咗龍利柳同小辣,魚好厚肉,食落幾有咬口,唔會太淋,而湯底隨咗有辣椒同酸菜,仲有芽菜、芫茜,湯底唔油又唔太辣,酸度啱啱好,好好飲,所以仲叫咗碗薯粉倒入去一齊食,咁食肯定最夾,因為可以吸哂湯嘅精華食得辣野當然唔少得啤酒,呢度用“戰鬥碗”飲,特別有feel,而隻碗仲喺雪櫃拎出黎,包保keep到啤酒嘅味道我仲貪得意試咗瀘州老窖(大曲酒)中國白酒,成52%酒精,少啲酒量都真係會頂唔順,唔太識飲酒嘅我都飲到佢形容嘅菠蘿香味,第一次飲真係覺得幾特別,值得一試整體黎講,成晚我同朋友都好滿意,絕對有下次!
