呢排疫情嚴重,夜晚只可以留在家中吃飯,自己煮得多都好掛住出面街嘅食物。前兩天買了野郎Stone回家,屋企人介紹原來銅鑼灣有間野郎Stone x 鰻工房。本親我都好鍾意食鰻魚飯,今日就試埋佢嘅鰻魚飯先。店舖有少少隱蔽,其實就係渣甸坊(怡和街後一條)小巷裡。比起尖沙咀店,這店舖大好多、裝修設計猶如置身於日本小店。Menu 上也多些選擇,鰻魚餐有9款咁多。一場嚟到,外賣自取又有85折,就叫個三重鰻魚丼 (食勻蒲燒鰻魚、穴子、生鰻魚)一次過試晒三種鰻魚和製法。蒲燒鰻魚件件都好厚肉~口感軟腍、沒有任何的腥味,香味十足,超好下飯的鰻魚!!穴子肉質較薄身,甜味在口中擴散開來,好吃鹽燒生鰻魚外皮好脆,肉質較爽口。不用任何沾醬的將鰻魚烤熟,帶來濃郁且天然的燒烤香氣
