期待已久又食到我最喜愛的鰻魚飯了。 朋友介紹試了這間野郎stone x鰻工房,埋藏在渣甸坊的小巷內, 主打燒鰻魚和石板燒。入到店內好似去了日本咁, 令人思鄉病發作。 點餐既可用點餐紙又有部自動販賣機.我叫了一份蒲燒鰻魚丼 $98加$30 就跟有溫泉蛋、鹹菜 、鰻魚肝白貝湯和玄米茶。蒲燒鰻魚丼鰻魚肉質鮮嫩, 師傅燒到外脆內軟,燒汁剛剛好掛在鰻魚上,份量足鰻魚是厚身嗰種,啖啖肉好好味。飯是另上的, 鋪滿了蛋絲, 少許枝豆和紫菜點綴, 有兩塊日式魚片放在上面, 好味之餘也感受到日式料理的細緻。而我會把溫泉蛋混在飯一起吃, 更添滋味。 不得不提,跟餐的鰻魚肝白貝湯, 真是用盡鰻魚的每一個部分, 有別於一般的麵豉湯,添了一份鮮味。
