星期一至五嘅上環,平時都車水馬龍,週末就少左啲繁忙。心血來潮想食越南嘢,就諗起近近地office但係又唔成日去嘅鳴越。由中環或香港站行10分鐘,或者上環站出口對面就到。一入門口就見到好多畫,直到入去都係。同朋友坐低左就望下個餐牌。我地點左一碗生牛肉湯河,軟殻蟹米紙卷,大蝦米紙卷,lime coke同埋咸檸梳打。飲品先到,我order既咸檸味道啱啱好,唔太甜。然後到碗pho上。首先portion分量幾大碗,特別係牛肉嘅分量幾多,牛亦係新鮮手切肥牛,比普通火鍋肥牛有口感。再食其餘嘅嘢,湯底味道清香唔太鹹,伴碗芽菜及洋蔥新鮮。值得一讚👍🏻然後兩個rice paper roll。大蝦🍤新鮮,點上酸汁感覺清新同與內裡嘅材料相配,裡面嘅香葉味好突出。軟殻蟹rice paper, 一啲都唔油膩,炸得啱啱好。總括而言,食物分量大,較健康唔油膩,幾適合一家大細,係响中西區CP值幾高嘅餐廳。

然後兩個rice paper roll。大蝦🍤新鮮,點上酸汁感覺清新同與內裡嘅材料相配,裡面嘅香葉味好突出。

軟殻蟹rice paper, 一啲都唔油膩,炸得啱啱好。

總括而言,食物分量大,較健康唔油膩,幾適合一家大細,係响中西區CP值幾高嘅餐廳。
