Restaurant: 生記滷味

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

到紅磡探朋友, 心想到附近買點好食的回家加餸. 此店的評語不差, 我也好滷水鵝那就好要錯過.一到店, 客人魚貫入場, 三名師父輪流招呼客人, 態度親切, 感覺真好. 不如一些老店對客人愛理不理的態度. 師父的刀法也很迅速, 不消5分鐘, 我已可以拿我的食物離開. 他們把用膠袋把醬汁分開, 十分細心. 料想應有不少別區客人, 慕名光顧. 回家後, 急不及待把食物拿出. 鵝肝- 真甘香. 雖不至於入口即化, 但鬆軟, 滷水鵝 - 不太咸, 帶甜, 非常入味, 鵝肉也不肥, 肉質嫩滑. 尋找美食的樂趣, 不單是進食那數分鐘, 而是遇到有心及有誠意的食店, 真是嘗心樂事!

滷水鵝 - 不太咸, 帶甜, 非常入味, 鵝肉也不肥, 肉質嫩滑.
