To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一星期來咗兩次明明，就就係為咗佢嘅蒜蓉辣椒雞翼尖😍😍。我食過港九新界大大話話超過20間嘅雞尖，一食完呢間，就變成我嘅最愛。佢個名叫蒜蓉辣椒雞尖，係非常濃郁嘅蒜蓉味，每食一啖都見到粒粒蒜蓉，連個醬汁都係充滿蒜味，唔會特別鹹同辣，好適合香港人。雞尖嘅size比其他店細隻，所以更加索汁，亦非常入味，唔會煮得太腍，口感仲好彈牙。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻除咗雞尖之外，車仔麵嘅配料有一半都幾好味。豬紅、豬腸、魷魚、蘿蔔、豬皮、冬菇都好味。魚蛋、魚腐、肥牛還好。下午茶仲有套餐優惠，滿$40以上就送冷熱飲品，灣仔來講呢個價錢同質素，好抵！
