Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

20/8那天晚上,為免晚飯時間,我們一行人恐怕没有枱,我已早一日致電酒樓留一張大枱,怎知朋友去拿位時,女招待話沒有記錄,在朋友争取下,有一張大枱给我們,不至於排排企在門口等呢!有了座位就要點菜,鴻星為一間食蟹馳名之酒樓,今期廣告為黃油蟹宴,我們冒著本死無大礙之心情去點了八客這套蟹餐。首先:頭盤已非常小家,每碟已少得可憐,但這都不打緊,因味道都尚算好味,但去到雞墩花膠湯時,不知㕑師是否覺得我們需要吃一下清谈食物,又或我們吃得重口味,這款湯原全沒有味道,尤如清水加了一點鹽;還有荷香石頭魚飯,一丁點魚肉或其他配料也沒有,只是一堆用荷葉焗出來的有味飯罷了!不過我們期待是主角--黃油蟹,真的期望越大失望就越大,主角黃油蟹,蟹膏是有的,但因蒸得過熟,一點黃油都沒有,像熟了的蛋黃一樣。還有經理表示所有蟹都有五兩重,但實際是没有,因每隻細得可憐呢!其次:我們因為人多,所以點多一個套餐和一些散餐,不知是否不是廣告裡面的套餐,㕑房沒有預備,我們三崔四請才拿到枱上,最後甜品,甜味都算適中,但最失敗就是壽包,雖然我們打開籠蓋時有煙冒出,但壽包內裡是微熱的,侍應回應拿回翻蒸,試想想他們有沒有常識?還有異味西瓜,

最後:整個晚飯上菜時間頗長,要有耐性等候。而食物味道和侍應的服務態度,沒有好差,只有更差!
