To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日在圖書館睇完書，順便就腳在這裡食個晏，人不算多，兩人各揀一個餐，一杯飲品，慢慢坐低食個舒舒服服的午餐。摞左飲品先，主餐隨後送來。我杯咖啡☕都唔錯，即磨咖啡又熱又香，唔使落糖落奶，味道剛剛好。👍我點的芝士三文魚菠菜通粉送到，一睇就覺得有問題，首先是不熱，兩片凍三文魚放係面，菠菜得兩三條，好似元西坩細條，通粉仲誇張，見到有些是乾的，食落口又凍又硬，三文魚仲要係死鹹，好想摞去換，當時多了人排隊，算啦，無下次。
