一向都好中意食重慶涼皮。而主打道地的重慶涼皮既兩姊妹涼皮對我黎講係唔夠正宗既。首先,涼皮不是米皮><,而係好滑好滑既東北涼皮極其滑嫩,我諗仲要係改良版,木薯粉/綠豆粉比例同出面都有D唔同。我就麻麻地E個口感,本身以為佢係正宗。我地叫左一碗辣、一碗唔辣。反而唔辣個碗好食少少。鹹魚青菜各有所愛,或許我們只需嘗試一次,就能對這種涼皮有所了解。無論是喜歡還是不喜歡,至少我們敢於嘗試新的食物。但我諗試一次就好了。
