秋風起,最啱食啲辣野驅下寒意。知道尖沙咀呢度食辣野幾出名,就預早BOOK枱免去排隊嘅時間。呢度嘅麻辣食品五花百門,水煮魚/酸菜魚/酸辣鍋應有盡有。實有一款啱胃口。因為第一次食,點咗個入門級BB辣酸菜魚。配上江團魚及水晶粉。酸菜湯底:酸/香/麻/辣,恰到好處,唔會因為過辣而搶去酸菜嘅惹味。每片魚肉都好大一塊,加上大量酸菜及/泡椒/辣椒乾及蒟蒻,整鍋味道豐富,令人食指大動。最份量絕對夠食。江團魚肉幼嫩滑,入味之餘再配上些許麻辣提鮮,十分惹味。除咗魚肉,水晶粉亦都係重點,滑溜溜嘅口感吸滿晒酸辣湯汁,配埋一齊食真係無得彈。酸菜魚之餘,小菜水準都有返咁上下。因為見隔離枱點咗魚香茄子,我地都點返個黎伴水晶粉食。茄子入味得黎唔油膩,麻辣中仲食到一梳梳茄子肉,用黎配飯真係一流。但因為盤酸菜魚份量真係好多,食完兩款菜式已經好飽了。唯有下次再黎挑戰香氣四溢嘅明爐水煮魚啦。最後埋單時,侍應姐姐送上兩碗清一紅豆沙,真係神來之筆,將整晚嘅肥膩感,辣味一掃而空。總結黎講,味道/份量/價錢都值回票價,GOOD!
