To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

水煮鴨血的相好吸引，而且價錢便宜，見人未算多，決定入去試下。水煮湯鴨血米線 (4小辣，麻辣湯) $39 ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫(3.5分).我選了麻辣湯，其他選擇有蕃茄湯、清湯等。有10種辣度選擇，數字是反過來，10是不辣，我要的是4度小辣。湯味道可以; 如果以麻辣湯來說，則覺得麻辣味不夠香麻，沒有了麻辣本身的特色。.碗米線本身有芽菜、豆腐皮，餸方面有5件鴨血，3件大豆卜。個碗好大，米線份量也多，$39有這個質素和份量算是可以了。
