Restaurant: Tsui Wah Restaurant (TKO Gateway)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日因為實在工作太攰,無精神自己煮,所以決定去商場食。諗起翠華個menu仲有好多野未嗌過,就入去叫左個焗豬再加個常餐。而家翠華個衛生都做到好足,枱面上面放刀叉個籃已經唔見左,全部改為獨立包裝既膠餐具。常餐個太陽蛋改左做炒蛋,不過炒得老老地。個奶油豬係成個餐最好食,咬落去d牛油唧出黎果個感覺係得呢度先有個豬朳公仔面偏咸,仲咸過瑞士汁,我無食哂焗豬其實d芝士同蔬菜ok, 但塊豬扒d肉偏實,d炒飯唔夠乾身,無粒粒分明同鑊氣。下次黎都係叫返我最愛既咖喱牛腩飯
