少去灣仔,一有機會過開去就揾下好野食,我對杏汁豬肺湯有要求,而且市面上都無咩餐廳會賣(因為功夫多),所以search到就點都去試下,而且係open rice有得訂位,咁方便,就決定要去試下!朋友仔確實對內臟無咩興趣,所以個湯試左幾啖就放棄,不過我地都認為,杏味可以再重D,但當然考慮成本同功夫,而且太重又怕食客唔鍾意,但對我鍾情於熱杏霜嘅人來講,多⋯⋯⋯⋯確實無問題。而豬肺都煲到好林,洗得好乾淨,食落感覺有如棉花糖,果種軟綿綿嘅口感好好!網上睇過個炸魚皮要試,所以就叫黃金果隻(因為同價錢),不過又事實,魚皮真係打邊爐先係最佳選擇,齋食就有D⋯⋯,可能我地都七點半食,炸左成日,都明嘅。再上豬手,熱辣辣,皮就煮到岩岩好時間,好有骨膠原,食落口有啫呢嘅口感,不過D肉就煮多左,有D實,食完會癡牙!我就叫左蝴蝶腩并黃沙豬潤,真係戲玉,前者就一般,雖則menu話係,但其實同普通瘦肉無分別,只係多左D筋,就係個「蝴蝶」,所以浪費左我個肚嘅 quota,好彩黃沙豬潤就無得頂,因為本人係好鍾意食豬雜粥,所以都好時常食到不同店舖嘅豬潤,要爽唔粉,彈牙但又要咬得開,唔腥,真係唔係好多粥店做到,就算打邊爐都要計

,其他就不過不失。
最後就埋單,送左兩張湯券俾我地,有半價,下次可以用,自己都鍾意個湯,湯券係吸引我再去。
