與好友去中環下午茶之後，因我哋4個都係咖啡人，朋友帶我哋去新開嘅blue bottle朝聖，之前在東京飲過，在蘇豪區天橋旁，一貫簡約設計，不過店少人多，連牆上裝飾都影唔到😅店外有位置坐，大家落單後在出咖啡位置等待，睇住店員即沖咖啡，店員唔多說話（因太多單）好快攞到咖啡出店外坐低飲！流程是順暢的！凍美式咖啡（$36）揀了nutty嘅咖啡豆，簡單透明膠杯，咖啡微甘，凍咖啡少了香味吸引我（太熱啦）唔知點解今次飲嘅咖啡後，舌頭有點嚡嚡的感覺（之前在日本無嘅）唔知係店家轉了咖啡豆嘅關係？或是飲凍啡嘅關係！🤔下次要試熱咖啡再確定下（我飲其他店家嘅凍咖啡又無呢個問題！Latte(hot)($48)朋友飲黃昏🌇陽光下的咖啡，寫意舒坦
