酒店的自助餐主題係黑松露,酒店把不同嘅食材都加入黑松露,尤其是 黑松露鵝肝燉蛋 ,鵝肝埋在蛋的中心,吸收了蛋及黑松露的香味,而且蛋亦加了些cream,令口感香滑,又香。另外,酒店亦送了鵝肝我最鍾意既甜品有macaron 、cake、葡tat、frozen yoghurt、雪糕、豆腐花是晚埋單:$548 x 2 ,HSBC card 有八折 另加10% service charge
