依家啲「冬菇亭」食肆賣少見少,尤其啲舊邨重建,就基本上會消失。繼早前行完山經過「隆亨邨」嘅「冬菇亭」,就幫襯過吓,今晚同老友記嚟到「美林邨」嘅「冬菇亭」搵食,喺在地嘅朋友推介呢間「米子」,食日式燒肉又得,食港式雞鍋又得。呢度有3間冬菇亭食肆,數到最搶眼肯定喺「米子」,因為門面採用粉紅色,加埋燈效,仲要晌頭位,所以,好易認到。走進店內,亦喺一室以粉紅為主調,若非枱上有日式燒肉嘅烤爐,真喺估佢唔到喺賣日式燒肉。但不得不講,啲位寧舍闊落好坐,更有部份卡位設計成可以坐成12人,如果無咁多人,又可以以竹簾間開兩邊。此外,晌部份大梳化旁設置一啲大籃,方便客人擺嘢。所謂工欲善其事,必先利其器,喺枱面嘅一旁已經放齊晒所有食烤肉時用到嘅調味料,例如,柚子醬、燒汁、辣醬、七味粉……等等,枱上亦放好所有用具,另外枱邊有個暗格,就擺咗紙巾、糖包、鹽包,自由取用。而烤爐採用下抽風式,感覺抽力都幾夠強,燒咗成晚,都唔會覺得好大油煙味。食物選擇方面,當然喺以日式燒肉為主打啦,燒肉定食一共有6款,分兩個份量,定價由$66-$238,可謂豐儉由人,仲包埋麵豉湯、海鮮盛盒、生菜及日式冷麵或珍珠飯,不得不讚仲要免收服務費,

唔想太花時間食燒肉,佢哋仲有多款丼飯:牛肉、燒雞、炙燒豚肉及鰻魚,定價亦相宜,都喺$64-$92,包埋泡菜及一杯冷泡茶,而且,亦標明採用日本上等珍珠米
,絕對喺有誠意。

最估唔到,仲有供應一啲火鍋套餐,呢啲就啱晒香港人,套餐共有3款:椰子雞鍋、胡椒豬肚雞鍋、藥膳花彫藥材雞鍋,配埋和風蟹肉炒飯及火鍋配料一份,都只喺賣$198,抵食喎。如果純粹試個雞鍋,亦可以單點架,有半隻及一隻份量揀。

我聽到好似有放題供應,不過,無深究,但晌出面有個自助區,放咗啲冷泡茶、熱茶,麵豉湯、啫喱同糖水,任意享用。順便講講,啲麵豉湯唔錯喎,除有昆布,裡面仲有好多清甜嘅蘿蔔。仲有,自助區仲有埋火鍋豉油、芫荽、蒜蓉、辣椒比大家食火鍋時使用!

豚三國王樣定食(150g)$92

燒肉方面,我哋揀咗一份豬、一份牛,介紹吓份豚肉先,包括有伊比利亞豬肉、黑豚肉、豚五花,單喺睇啲色澤,非常鮮潤,感覺好新鮮。我哋都無特別考慮食嘅先後次序,總之一鋪過燒好就食,最喜歡沾柚子醬,去膩感強啲,幾款豚肉 食落唔會覺得好肥,但又有油香,確喺好食。順帶一提,啲蕎麥麵亦都好唔錯,幾有蕎麥嘅香氣 ,咬落去仲帶少少韌勁。

美國燒肉盛盒定食(150g)$102

輪到講吓啲牛,餐牌就只寫住美國特選牛肉三款, 而今次所試到嘅喺安格斯板腱、牛五花、牛腿肉,同樣睇落啲色澤好唔錯,鮮豔亮麗,唔會暗啞。因為牛肉比較快熟,焫兩焫就搞掂,所以分開慢慢燒,無論邊一隻肉都好有肉味,油香豐腴,配燒汁一流。此外,啲珍珠飯黏糯軟熟,夾住啲牛肉一齊入口更好味。

海鮮盛盒

每份燒肉定食仲送一隻新鮮帶子同兩隻虎蝦,同樣,睇落都覺得好有質素,帶子燒熟後入口好軟腍,唔會好似軔到擦子膠咁,證明食材新鮮;而啲虎蝦質感彈牙,好有蝦嘅鮮甜味,同樣以質取勝。

胡椒豬肚雞鍋 $168

叫個雞鍋貪佢有得食,又有湯飲,首先,湯滾侍應就會幫你落啲鮮雞落鍋內,計埋時,夠鐘再焗多2分鐘,時間啱啱好,啲雞肉嫩滑到不得了,而鍋內仲有好多配菜:支竹、豬肚,樣樣都好食,個湯亦好飲,好有胡椒好味。

啫喱、紫糯米

最後,梗喺食番少少甜品佢結啦,啫喱有多款口味,如果有埋花奶供應就更好;而紫米露亦唔錯,紫糯米好有咬口感,少甜,又幾潤。
