To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工想食下垃圾食物行過景隆街馬會投注站旁邊嘅小食店見倒有一串串橙色既生腸、雞腎、魷魚$12/串，肚餓之際一口氣買咗超過十串，一大腕用發泡膠碗裝走，買完去隔籬街買煎釀三寶，電競舖頭旁邊見到人哋賣$10一串，即時覺得自己買貴左返到去開出嚟見倒咁大盒梗係又肚餓又興奮好想食啦一食落去好辣好辣食左幾嚿辣到頂唔順要加水點知愈食愈覺得難食D生腸、腎同魷魚點可以煮到咁韌咁難咬？愈食愈唔想食落去又冇味、又咬唔倒佢啲色素勁到我食完屙d尿變左深橙色又難食又貴又重色素冇下次
