To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日 business lunch，到了「Crowne Plaza Hotel」飲茶，在將軍澳現在已有五星級酒店，還要出品食味不俗。「碧綠彩鳳花支片」花支片炒得甚有鑊氣，大家都一致讚賞這個小菜。「金腿菜膽燉螺頭」都幾真材實料，侍應說這個湯沒有下味精，蠻清甜也是真。「黃金帶子炒香苗」飯粒炒得分明，以鹹蛋黃帶動整個飯的味道，也沒有炒到油淋淋。另外還叫了一堆點心，都很新鮮熱辣：當然冰凍桂花糕除外啦！XDDD
