To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間的大閘蟹套餐好評如潮,再加上有匯豐信用卡優惠,訂枱十分困難,開11:30am,但在10:30am開始接受電話訂座,而且只接受14天訂座,還要分兩個時段,6:00pm和8:30pm,最後我們訂了平日食第二輪。我們抱住期望去,但最後失望而回。套餐食物可以看以下照片,但食物好一般,連主角大閘蟹都令人失望,細細隻,一打開,網上看到的爆膏畫面,完全沒有,真是懷疑自己是否在吃大閘蟹,朋友也忍不住要向經理反映一下,結果也很好地幫我們換上了另一隻,值得加分,不過換了另一隻都是好一些,蟹膏比較多一點,但肉質感覺有點奇怪,又沒有蟹味。總括來説,服務態度和環境是不錯,不過今次食物就….😩。
