To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點解拎到米芝連。。

見舊區小店拎到米芝蓮，又近屋企，所以去試下!!門口有個開放式既位俾你睇住佢整麵，可惜今日無師傅拎條大竹un麵。最普通既野往往最考功夫，所以叫左碗雪吞麵同豬手麵!!麵。。。可能佢太趕太忙?定係我食唔慣硬既幼麵。。。我問個呀姐係咪未住得夠熟，而且麵都未開哂，中間篤入去仲有少少硬。。。佢話我唔識食，呢啲係叫爽口彈牙我食左一吙就算。。。湯係好飲鮮甜既，雲吞都醃得夠味，蝦夠爽，肉多鮮，但偏細隻。豬手可以煮得耐少少，雖然上哂色，但未多軟，林，入味，可能我偏向更林既材料同湯底係好既，但個麵我唔識欣賞。。。
