環境5分:混合中式同西式餐廳嘅格局,格調高級。環境闊落,地方寬敞,望出去個維港景,相信可以見到煙花,非常之舒服,可以畀滿分。衛生5分:餐枱舖曬白色枱布,環境衛生,非常乾淨,都係滿分。服務5分:服務員非常專業,戴曬口罩同手套,每碟餸菜都解釋得非常清楚,材料煮法毫無保留話曬畀你哋聽,畀硬滿分!味道5分:1) 祥豐茶莊勐海熟普洱茶:眼見杯入面得少少茶葉,原來非常之濃,飲到尾仲有色同茶香味。2) 鼎爺精選前菜:蚵仔卷炸到脆卜卜,蚵仔嘅比例適中,非常香口。3) 鼎爺精選前菜:懷舊蝦多士更加唔洗講,隻蝦非常彈牙。4) 鼎爺精選前菜:龍穿鳳翼原來係雞翼拆曬D骨,中間放D紅蘿蔔代替骨嘅位置,非常特別,好考功夫。5) 鼎爺精選前菜:陳醋雲耳仔清新但有少少辣,好爽口。6) 遼參玉白:非常名貴,遼參入面釀左蝦膠,好彈牙,同埋D蛋白汁非常之配合。7) 椰皇燉嫩雞:呢個湯非常之清甜,椰子味非常之足,因為用左兩個椰子嘅汁,濃縮為一個湯底,非常滋補。8) 豉香欖角骨:用上乘西班牙嚟嘅豬肉又蒸又炸造成,非常香口同淋,絕對唔韌。9)
