To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

曾在前文提及過,親友 是 K11 Hyatt Buffet的常客,所以每年總會來Hyatt吃過一、兩趟Buffet。 也許大家會有個疑問, 作為同一間酒店的自助餐常客,不會有生厭的一天嗎? 只是個人吃自助餐的宗旨是貴精不貴多, 對食物的質素尤其是要求甚高, 與其到不同的食場吃水準參差的自助餐, 倒不如把目標鎖定在有水準的自助餐好了, 當然偶爾還是期待在水準不變的基礎上, 會帶來不一樣的新鮮感吧!對Hyatt Buffet的主打最熟悉不過了, 龍蝦、 鵝肝、 扒類、 燒味、 甜品......太多太多的心水美食,卻只恨胃就只得一個, 飽足過後總有遺憾, 因此每次到訪還是帶著期待的。這趟自助餐主題是最為驚喜的一次, 因為Hyatt在星期五、六日,公眾假期及前夕加推阿拉斯加帝皇蟹任食,價格不變維持在$688一位(未加一),確是自助餐史無前例的一次。不過先旨聲明, 這阿拉斯加帝皇蟹實在太受歡迎, 即使供應是源源不絕, 但由於阿拉斯加帝皇蟹都是鮮活堂煮 , 每次廚師只會即開即煮一隻巨蟹 , 識途老馬已是磨拳擦掌 , 早就佔了有利位置, 蟹腳當然是志在必得,長食長有吧 !若然像我等氣定神閑、慢條斯理

不過先旨聲明, 這阿拉斯加帝皇蟹實在太受歡迎, 即使供應是源源不絕, 但由於阿拉斯加帝皇蟹都是鮮活堂煮 , 每次廚師只會即開即煮一隻巨蟹 , 識途老馬已是磨拳擦掌 , 早就佔了有利位置, 蟹腳當然是志在必得,長食長有吧 !若然像我等氣定神閑、慢條斯理的, 在 人人都想食蟹腳的情況下, 最初就只能分得蟹鉗而已, 雖然蟹腳、蟹鉗同樣是彈牙鮮甜,肥大肉厚 , 但確是不及吃蟹腳般暢快 ,因此想吃甜美蟹腳,就要留意蒸蟹的出爐時間了。

 淺嚐了伯爵茶巧克力切餅, 巧克力香濃,茶味亦出眾, 這家的蛋糕總是不會令人失望的。不同口味手指型馬卡龍是個小小的驚喜,馬卡龍迷不可以錯過。貓山皇榴槤芝士撻是Hyatt的熱賣甜品,趁熱吃風味最佳。

屈指算算, 已是第六次光顧Hyatt的自助餐了, 這次是最令人滿意的一個主題, 全因有阿拉斯加皇帝蟹的坐鎮, 雖然澳洲龍蝦同樣吸引, 但一場龍爭蟹鬥之下, 勝利者自然是呼之欲出了, 蟹迷千萬不要錯過這自助餐的稀客呢!
