生拆蟹粉小籠包可以話係絕不能錯過的東西,每粒都晶瑩剔透,而且好飽滿,咬開來睇入邊全部係蟹粉,豬肉反而相對較少,和我在上海新光吃過的蟹粉小籠包有過之無不及。

想繼續添食大閘蟹,每隻只需加100元,老實講如果真係好鍾意食,意猶未盡,才會叫多一隻,我自己覺得個餐咁豐富食一隻就夠。

唯一一個不是大閘蟹的菜色,要數這個鮮淮山胡椒高湯浸斑球,相對較為清新,淮山數量很多,斑球全部都非常大件,如果平時單點可以點呢個菜式都值得食,清新得來好健康。

另一特色係吉列大蝦球配蟹皇醬伴蒸花卷,大蝦球不會炸得太熱氣,蟹皇醬才是滿瀉到你𠸝唔點醬唔得,相反蒸花卷就有作用,因為可以盡量解散蟹皇醬精華。

平常單尾會好愛的蟹粉燴稻庭烏冬相對失色一點,個人覺得多左點湯,烏冬乾身一點會美味點,蟹粉是多,但就變咗好稀嘅蟹湯。

尾聲的黑糖薑茶湯丸,薑茶非常濃,湯丸不過不失,但軀寒絕對需要的。
