To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老婆之前要趕Project, 所以晚餐的時間也很晏, 要在港島區晚上10時找到還有營業的晚餐, 還是不容易, 所以營業到深宵的太湖海鮮城是我的選擇, 而且經過我的介紹後, 老婆也不會抗拒. 晚巿孖寳的龍蝦份量不少, 是來自西澳的, 肉爽厚實夠件頭, 以芝士計處理, 和一般不同的的是色水更黃, 芝士味更濃, 配以底面也煎脆的米粉, 比伊麵更脆更健康. 除了海鮮之外, 它也有幾道撚手水菜, 除了之前介紹過的芝麻雞外, 也有這道三弄回味牛肉, 其實就是炆牛肋條, 以甜酸醋汁處理, 牛味更突出之餘也會更腍, 只是有點煮過頭, 肉質有點韌. 二百多元價錢來說, 定價依然相當有競爭力.
