From the MTR station, simply follow the pedestrian path through the Tai Koo Fong shopping mall to easily reach the restaurant. As part of a series of cocktails named after planets, we ordered two cocktails and a serving of grilled Hokkaido scallops as appetizers.

Using sweet rum to balance the strong bitterness of the tea and bitters creates a sophisticated and mature flavor. 🚬 The accompanying plate in the shape of a planet is incredibly stunning! It turns out that this cocktail even includes a rich and boozy panna cotta 🍮 topped with crushed Oreos 🍪, which is very enticing! 🤩

The scallops are cooked until they develop a caramelized color, with a crispy exterior and tender interior. They are fresh, sweet, and juicy, retaining their moisture. They are absolutely delicious! 😘
